 Our History
The story of our company started in 1979, when we partnered with Shanghai Chemical Industry Design Institute to form a research and development program focused on magnetic drive pumps. And it mainly referring to the structure of the Japanese Ivic company for research and development.
By 1985, a series of direct-connected plastic magnetic centrifugal pump products to meet the needs of customers to transport various strongly corrosive chemical media can be produced. After the customer's use, it's reflected that the direct-connected magnetic centrifugal pump has many defects such as inconvenient disassembly, high power that cannot meet the needs of chemical plants, and a high failure rate. After market research and discussions with major pump research institutes, we decided to re-develop and produce a suspension type, double support, double cover plastic magnetic centrifugal pump.
At the beginning of 1986, we focused on the research of suspension type, double support and double cover plastic magnetic centrifugal pumps. After repeated experiments and demonstrations, we finally obtained the rotomolding process of the pump casing, and the carbon fiber reinforced plastic technology products were successfully developed for other overcurrent components. This has greatly improved the service life, safety, reliability and temperature resistance of the magnetic pump. As a result, customers tend to use this product, making the old direct-connected plastic magnetic centrifugal pumps gradually withdraw from the market and be eliminated.
With the development of China's chemical industry, chemical varieties have expanded and applications have increased. Many domestic projects transport flammable, explosive, highly toxic and other chemical media, and import large quantities of metal magnetic centrifugal pumps. From this, the idea of producing metal magnetic centrifugal pumps was born. After market research and demonstration, it was decided to improve on the basis of the existing suspension plastics, and to achieve the pump technology exceeding the world's advanced level. First, to optimize the structure of the pump, we need to use the double cover plate for the single cover plate, so as to improve the stability and reliability of the pump. Second, the friction bearing, thrust bearing and bushing are made of silicon carbide, and we use tungsten carbide. This improves the reliability of the pump operation under dry grinding and particle conditions. Reduce failures and maintain trouble-free operation for a long time.
These technologies are ahead of their peers in the world, all belong to the world's blank and leading calculations, and it is a precedent for magnetic pumps.
At present, our company has a direct-connected plastic magnetic centrifugal pump and a suspension plastic magnetic centrifugal pump. Suspension type metal magnetic centrifugal pump, metal magnetic partial flow pump, metal magnetic gear pump, metal magnetic vortex pump, magnetic transmission device for kettle and other products. The product covers all liquid chemical delivery. It is widely used in all walks of life.
It has become a high-tech enterprise with 42 years of professional production, 4 invention patents, 12 utility model patents, and 6 copyright works.
Our Factory
Taicang Magnetic Pump Co., Ltd is the first ever specialized manufacturer designing and producing magnetic-driving pumps in China who started to research and develop magnetic pumps with Shanghai Chemical Industry Design Institute (SCIDI) in 1979.
The company is located at No. 11, South Chengxi Road, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, China. It has a land area of 20,500 square meters, a construction area of 14,200 square meters and 110 employees. The company has a magnetic pump R & D center and a college student workstation, which has close cooperation with many domestic colleges and universities.
The factory has 4 CNC vertical machining centers, 8 CNC lathes, 2 CNC grinding machines, 3 CNC wire cutting machines, 1 laser welding machine, 1 robot welding machine, 1 CNC scribing machine, 50HZ, 60HZ available 1 set of conversion pump test equipment, 1 set of far infrared metal element detector, 1 set of material chemical analyzer and other advanced equipment.

Our Certificate
Our company passed ISO 9001 standard in 2000, and our brand 'TianXiang', achieved Golden Award at the exposition of International Invention & Patent & New Technology product in Tianjin in 2002. In July 2003, we got the production patent license from State Bureau of Technical Supervision (CSBTS), since the IMC carbon-reinforced plastic magnetic driving pump was awarded as a provincial high technology product by Chinese Jiangsu Province's Academy of Sciences in 1999. Thereby the IMC plastic magnetic driving pump being awarded as Jiangsu Provincial High-tech product in 2006. In 2007 we are appointed as High-technology enterprise by the Science and Technology Bureau of Jiangsu province. At the same time, our brand was awarded as Provincial Famous Brand by Jiangsu Administration for Industry and Commerce. The plastic magnetic driving pump was proposed as one of the 'China Torch High-Technology Development Programs' and the award of 'National Innovation Technology Fund'. In 2011 the company is confirmed as one of the most Important Enterprises of National Torch Program Projects by the Ministry of science and Technology in China. We have three Authorized Invention Patents and two Utility Model Patents.
